Affiliate Terms

• •Affiliate commission = 10%.
• •The 10% commission is calculated on the net value of the qualified purchase after discounts. No commission is payable on cancelled or refunded transactions. All commissions are subject to the Affiliate Program Terms.
• •If a customer purchases within 30 days of using your referral link, the commission is attributed to you.
• •Commission becomes payable as soon as the payment is confirmed server-side — no waiting period and no minimum payout — subject to the Affiliate Program Terms.
• •Approval of an affiliate application creates the account only; it does not activate the referral link. The link stays disabled and cannot be copied or used until the affiliate completes commission payout setup and its status becomes ready (payout_setup_status = ready).
• •To receive commissions outside the UAE, create an active, verified PayPal account, then enter the correct email linked to your PayPal account in your affiliate dashboard before sharing your referral link. The referral link remains disabled until payout setup is complete. Entering an email is not, by itself, verification of the account.
• •The country on your affiliate profile decides your payout rail: inside the UAE you must set up a Ziina account, and outside the UAE you must set up a PayPal account using your ALASOS account email. There is no alternative option; countries PayPal does not serve are assigned an admin-approved manual bank transfer path.
• •Your referral link cannot be copied or used until you complete your payout destination and ALASOS reviews it and marks it “Ready”. Saving alone does not make it ready.
• •Important: You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the Ziina or PayPal account details you provide. ALASOS is not responsible for a delayed or failed commission payout caused by incorrect, incomplete, or non-receivable account details. Review your information carefully before saving. This does not limit ALASOS’s responsibility for system errors or its legal obligations.
• •The 30-day customer attribution window applies to commission attribution only. It is not a payout holding period: there is no holding period and no minimum payout.
• •Only verified, completed, eligible purchases earn commission.
• •Failed payments earn no commission.
• •Refunds and chargebacks may cancel or reduce commission.
• •Self-referrals are prohibited.
• •Fraudulent or manipulated referrals are prohibited.
• •Misleading advertising is prohibited.
• •Affiliates may not impersonate ALASOS.
• •Affiliates may not claim to be an employee or official representative unless authorized.
• •Affiliates cannot promise unauthorized discounts.
• •Spam promotion is prohibited.
• •ALASOS may review suspicious transactions.
• •ALASOS may suspend abusive or fraudulent affiliate accounts.
• •Historical financial records are retained for audit purposes.
